Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ banana

Instructions

    Slice the banana into a mason jar or container with a lid.

    Add oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to the jar.

    Stir until cocoa powder is fully dissolved and mixture is evenly blended.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

    Stir in 2–3 tbsp milk if too thick. Eat cold straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
