Ingredients
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 count large egg whites
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.

Pour 1/4 cup cream into the melted chocolate, stirring until glossy and combined.

Whip remaining 1/2 cup cream to stiff peaks using an electric mixer or whisk.

In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until foamy, then add sugar 1 tbsp at a time and vanilla until stiff, glossy peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture in two additions until no streaks remain.
