  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberry, blackberry) and roasted peanuts, chopped

    Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.

    Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

    Whisk in egg, flour, and a pinch of salt until no lumps remain.

    Microwave the batter for 60–70 seconds until the edges are set but the center still jiggles.
