Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp salt

    Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    Mix oats, protein powder, and salt in a bowl until combined.

    Stir in peanut butter, honey, and melted butter until the mixture holds together.

    Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

    Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan, using your hands or an offset spatula.
