Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries (or fresh)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small sliced banana
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Add oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, frozen berries, chocolate chunks, and honey to a mason jar or airtight container.

  2. 2

Stir until well combined — no dry oats should remain at the bottom.

  3. 3

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until oats absorb the liquid and soften.

  4. 4

In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.

  5. 5

Top with sliced banana, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of poppy seeds.

  6. 6

Eat cold straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl and serve.
