Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan and line with parchment.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, and eggs until pale, ~2 minutes.

Stir mashed bananas into the butter mixture until just combined.
