  • 12 sheets phyllo dough sheets
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter.

    Stack phyllo sheets and cut into 3-inch squares. Press each square into a muffin cup, creating a shell.

    Whisk eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Pour custard into each phyllo shell until three-quarters full.

    Sprinkle sugar over each tart. Bake until custard is set but slightly jiggly in center, 12-14 minutes.
