Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium bell peppers (red and/or yellow), sliced into strips
- ½ medium yellow onion, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp chili crisp oil
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 8 count flour or corn tortillas, warmed

Heat oven to 425°F. Toss shrimp, peppers, and onion with chili crisp oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
