Ingredients
- ¾ lb pork shoulder or pork butt, thinly sliced
- 8 oz long beans or green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp red curry paste
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1 tbsp chili crisp (or sambal oelek)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (Thai or Italian)
