Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 tbsp chili crisp (or sambal oelek)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1 whole shallot, minced
- 8 leaves butter lettuce or romaine leaves
- ½ cup fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, or basil, chopped)

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add pork and minced shallot. Cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.
