Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 whole shallot, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce or romaine leaves

Instructions

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high until hot, about 2 minutes.

    Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.

    Add fish sauce, lime juice, and chili crisp; stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
