- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup wild rice blend (quick-cook)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
