Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cup shredded cabbage and carrot mix
- ½ red onion

Cut the 1.5 lb chicken breast into 1-inch chunks. In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Let sit while you prep the salad.

In a small bowl, stir together 1 cup yogurt, the juice of 1 lemon, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Thread the chicken onto skewers. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (no pink inside).
