Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pieces flatbread (paratha or roti)
- ½ cup sliced onions
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp butter

Cut chicken into thin strips or small pieces.

Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for 20 minutes.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.

Warm flatbreads in a separate skillet for 30 seconds per side.

Lay flatbread on a clean surface and spread green chutney and tamarind chutney on it.

Add cooked chicken in the center, then top with sliced onions, bell peppers, and cilantro.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly to create a wrap. Serve immediately.
