Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup honey
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted roasted peanuts or almonds, chopped

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.

Heat honey and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, ~2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.

Add oats and nuts, stirring until completely coated and sticky.

Press mixture firmly into prepared dish, using wet fingers to prevent sticking.
