Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 3 oz sliced ham
  • 3 oz cheddar cheese, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

    Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl or on a serving platter.

    Arrange turkey, ham, cheese, and egg halves in rows or piles on top of the lettuce.
