Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (1 lb, room temperature)
- 1.5 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh dill (or parsley), chopped
- ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 whole egg yolk (for wash)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and brush lightly with olive oil.

Divide dough in half. Shape each half into a 6-inch oval, then gently stretch into a boat shape with raised edges.

Mix feta, dill, red onion, and black pepper in a bowl. Divide filling between the two boats, piling it in the center.

Brush the dough edges with egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp water. Drizzle the filling with remaining olive oil.

Bake until the dough is golden brown and crispy on the bottom, 15–18 minutes. Edges should be deep golden.
