Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- 1.5 cup marinara sauce
- 2 whole sub roll (6–8 inch)
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella or low-moisture mozzarella, sliced
- 2 tbsp parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Mix ground beef, panko, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Roll mixture into 12–16 meatballs (1-inch diameter). Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
