Ingredients
- 2 rolls bolillo rolls or French bread
- ¾ cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Slice rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut-side up on a broiler pan.
