  • 8 oz cured meats (prosciutto, salami, soppressata)
  • 10 oz cheese (cheddar, brie, manchego)
  • 4 oz crackers or bread
  • 1 cup cornichons or olives
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (grapes, berries, apple slices)
  • ½ cup nuts (almonds, marcona almonds)

Instructions

    Slice or tear cured meats into strips or bite-sized pieces.

    Cut cheeses into chunks or thin slices, keeping softer cheeses whole or halved.
