Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder, thinly sliced (about 1/4 inch)
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp calamansi or lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Add pork slices to the marinade, toss to coat evenly, and let sit for 5 minutes while you heat your skillet.
