Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- ⅓ cup yellow onion, finely minced
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp sumac
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 whole lemon

Divide mixture into 4 portions and mold each firmly around a metal skewer, forming a long log.
