Ingredients
- 2 bags or 1 tbsp chai tea bags or loose chai tea
- 8 oz hot water
- 1.5 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 4 oz milk (dairy or oat)
- 1 pinch pinch of sea salt

Steep chai tea in 8 oz hot water for 3–4 minutes until deep amber.

Whisk tahini and maple syrup in a mug until smooth and no lumps remain.

Pour the strained chai into the mug and stir to combine with the tahini mixture.
