Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 6 whole cardamom pods, crushed
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 8 whole saffron threads
- ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
- ½ tsp rose water (optional)

Crush cardamom pods and extract the seeds, discarding the shells. Crush the seeds into a fine powder with a mortar and pestle.

Soak saffron threads in 2 tbsp warm milk for 3 minutes until the liquid turns golden.

Fold condensed milk, cardamom powder, and saffron milk into the Greek yogurt until smooth and no streaks remain.

Add rose water if using. Stir once more. Divide into serving bowls.

Top each bowl with crushed pistachios and serve immediately, or chill up to 2 hours.
