Ingredients
- 1 loaf crusty bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- 2 medium ripe tomato
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
