Ingredients
- ½ lb beef brisket, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- ½ lb fresh egg noodles or chow mein noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 2 stalk scallions, chopped
