Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts, halves or pieces
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add walnuts and stir constantly for 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted.

    Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over walnuts. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.

    Spread on a plate to cool for 5 minutes—they will crisp up as they cool.
