- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
