Ingredients

  • 10 oz whole milk, cold
  • 2 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee, hot
  • ½ tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • ¼ pinch salt

Instructions

    Pour cold milk into a tall glass or pitcher. Microwave 45 seconds until steaming but not boiling.

    Whisk vigorously for 30–45 seconds until the surface is covered in small, dense bubbles and the milk is frothy.

    Pour espresso into a tall mug. Add honey and a pinch of salt, stir to combine.

    Pour the steamed milk slowly into the espresso, tilting the cup, until full. Top with foam.
