Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado, ripe
  • 2 slices bread, thick-cut
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ whole lemon

Instructions

    Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until foaming, about 1 minute.

    Crack eggs into the pan. Fry until whites are set and edges curl, 3–4 minutes.

    Toast bread until golden brown in a separate toaster or on the side of the skillet.
