Ingredients
- 1 lb lutefisk (prepared/thawed)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high until crispy, ~6 minutes. Transfer to a plate, crumble when cool.

Pat lutefisk dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt and foam, ~90 seconds.

Slide lutefisk into the butter in a single layer. Spoon melted butter over the top for 4 minutes.

Flip lutefisk gently and cook 3 more minutes until it's heated through and opaque but still silky.
