Ingredients
- 1 package (2 sheets, 17.3 oz) Thawed puff pastry sheets
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened
- 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- ½ tsp Fleur de sel or coarse sugar

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Lay puff pastry sheets on a work surface. Spread 1.5 tbsp softened butter evenly over each sheet.

Whisk cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle half the mixture over each buttered sheet.

Roll each sheet tightly from the long side into a log. Slice logs into 1-inch rounds.

Arrange rounds cut-side up on the sheet pan. Brush with beaten egg, then sprinkle with fleur de sel.
