- 2 whole lime (juiced)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 whole flour tortillas (10-inch)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Slice steak against the grain into 1/4-inch-thick strips.

Mix lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add beef and toss to coat evenly.

Let meat marinate at room temperature while you prepare everything else, 5 minutes minimum.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Add beef in a single layer and sear without stirring for 2 minutes until edges brown and char.

Stir and cook another 2–3 minutes until meat is cooked through but still juicy. Transfer to a plate.

Warm tortillas in the skillet for 20 seconds per side until pliable.

Lay a tortilla flat, add 2–3 tbsp beef down the center, top with cilantro.
