Ingredients
- 2 balls (8 oz total) burrata cheese
- 1.5 cups (about 10 oz) cherry tomatoes
- 8 leaves fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
