Ingredients

  • 2 balls (8 oz total) burrata cheese
  • 1.5 cups (about 10 oz) cherry tomatoes
  • 8 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

    Halve the cherry tomatoes and place in a small bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 0.5 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.

    Arrange burrata cheese on a serving plate. Spoon the dressed cherry tomatoes and their juices around and over the cheese.

    Tear fresh basil leaves by hand and scatter over the plate. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
