Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- 1.5 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.75 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
