Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- ¾ cup frozen peas
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup whole milk
