Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles

Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat.
