Ingredients

  • ½ loaf baguette
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • 3 tbsp jam (fig, apricot, or raspberry)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Slice baguette diagonally into 0.5-inch-thick pieces. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.

    Arrange slices on a baking sheet and broil 3–4 inches from heat until golden, about 2 minutes per side.

    Top each warm slice with a 0.5-inch slice of brie, then 0.5 tsp jam.

    Return to broiler for 60–90 seconds until cheese melts and looks glossy.
