Ingredients
- ½ lb pork sausage (bulk or 4 patties)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 count biscuits (refrigerated or frozen)
- 2 count eggs
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 to taste salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp hot sauce or mustard (optional)

Form sausage into 2 patties if using bulk. Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high.

Cook sausage patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a plate.
