Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cold brew coffee
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- 1.5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1.5 cups ice
Instructions
- 1
Pour cream and sugar into a blender. Blend until the cream forms soft peaks, about 90 seconds—foam should be thick but still pourable.
- 2
Add blueberries to the cream foam and pulse 5–6 times until the berries break down and streak through the foam.
- 3
Fill two glasses with ice. Pour cold brew evenly over the ice, leaving 1 inch of space at the top.
- 4
Spoon the blueberry foam on top of the cold brew, letting it settle into a thick layer. Serve immediately.
