Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Add eggs, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. A few small lumps are fine.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium until a drop of water sizzles on contact, ~2 minutes.

Lightly butter the skillet. Pour batter into 3-inch circles, leaving space between.
