Ingredients
- 150 g biltong, sliced thin
- 100 g arugula
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ whole red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
Instructions

Place arugula in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
