Ingredients

  • 150 g biltong, sliced thin
  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Place arugula in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

    Add red onion slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss until greens glisten.
