Ingredients
- 400 g sliced biltong (store-bought)
- 250 g mixed pickled vegetables (cucumber, onion, carrot)
- 150 g cream cheese or whipped feta
- 2 tbsp chaat masala or dukkah spice
- 150 g water crackers or oat cakes
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley, chopped)
Instructions

Pat the biltong dry with paper towels and arrange in a loose pile on a wooden board.

Scatter the pickled vegetables around the biltong, leaving clusters of space.

Dollop cream cheese in 3–4 spots across the board and sprinkle chaat masala over the top.

Arrange crackers in gaps and scatter fresh herbs over the cheese and vegetables.

Set a small dish of chaat masala at the edge for dipping. Serve immediately.
