Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat egg whites with an electric mixer on high until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.

Gradually add granulated sugar while beating until stiff, glossy peaks form, 3–4 minutes.

Spoon meringue into 4 nests on the parchment, creating a shallow well in each with the back of a spoon.

Bake until crispy and pale, 18–20 minutes. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Whip cold cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Top each cooled nest with whipped cream and a generous handful of fresh berries. Serve immediately.
