Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry)
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

    Whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

    Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.

    Divide mixture among 4 serving cups or jars.
