Ingredients

  • 8 oz lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, ~8 minutes. Drain and break into bite-size pieces.

    Brown ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

    Stir in marinara sauce. Add the broken noodles and mix until coated.

    Drop spoonfuls of ricotta over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly across.

    Cover and cook over medium heat until cheese melts and bubbles slightly, ~3 minutes.

    Serve hot straight from the skillet.
