Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tortilla strips or fried tortilla bowl
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and break apart with a spoon.

Cook beef, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains, about 6 minutes.

Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
