Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil penne in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

Brown ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

Stir tomato paste and oregano into the beef. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir for 30 seconds. Pour in milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  5. 5

Add cooked penne and feta to the skillet. Stir gently until everything is coated and the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

  6. 6

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot straight from the skillet.
