- ½ lb ground beef or thinly sliced beef
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1 whole lime (zested + juiced)
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts
