Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix ground beef, minced onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, cayenne, and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Divide mixture into 8 portions and mold each around a metal skewer, forming a 5-inch cylinder with your hands.
